Check-in is from 3:30-5PM on Monday in the Gym. We have our first run planned for 5:30 so please arrive before 5 so we can get you checked in and ready to run. However, please do not arrive before 3:30PM as we will not be ready for check-in until then. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 8/9. At check out, parents can check out their campers either with Coach Ahrens, Coach Williams, or with their camper's counselor.
Our Friday afternoon run will take us to the top of Elk Mountain! At check-in on Monday, we will be collecting waivers for each camper from Elk Mountain. If you plan to drop off your camper at Rock Mountain, you can fill out the waiver at check-in. If you will not be with your camper at check-in, please print off and fill in the form at the link below and send it with your camper.
If you can please have your camper fill out this survey, that will help us get a head start on organizing training groups for the week.

During check-in on August 4, a representative from The Inside Track will be selling shoes, spikes, watches, and various other running merchandise. If you've ever been to the PIAA State Track Championships you have seen The Inside Track selling running gear between the throwing areas and the gate into the track. Maybe you own a pair of "ChicknLegs" shorts thanks to them.
Jim and Anne Ryun will also have a few items for sale later in the week that will be cash only.
We will have demo shoes courtesy of Hoka for campers to test out on our Thursday afternoon run.
